Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for the bundles purchased on ekdigital.eu.
1. Scope
Refunds may be granted (i) where the service is rendered unusable due to a persistent technical issue not resolved by our team, or (ii) where you were charged incorrectly or multiple times.
2. Digital Delivery
Bundles are delivered as a written kick-off plan and scheduled work within two working days of payment. No physical shipment is involved. Delivery is considered started once we send you the kick-off confirmation email.
3. Refund Procedure
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of payment by emailing info@ekdigital.eu with your order reference and the reason for the request. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to bank processing times.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not provided for user errors (e.g. choosing the wrong bundle after work has begun) or after the 14-day window. Once we have started delivering the scoped work, only the unconsumed portion is eligible for refund, pro-rated by remaining hours.
5. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Spanish or applicable EU consumer-protection law.
